Pongthep Aroonsang – Chef of House of Asia

Meet our chef, Pongthep Aroonsang! Born in Thailand, he demonstrated a passion for Asian cuisine from a young age. He drew inspiration from watching his grandmother prepare Thai specialties. For many years, he worked as a chef in top restaurants around the world, including Bermuda, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, India, and Georgia. In 2000, he moved to Warsaw to promote his national specialties in hotel restaurants such as the Marriott, Sheraton, and Radisson. He also collaborates with the Thai Embassy in Warsaw. For many years, he has supported the House of Asia brand, preparing its national specialties.
