Prepare rice paper

1. Moisten the rice paper with water
Pour a little water into a flat container, such as a plate. Gently slide the rice paper into the water to slightly moisten it. Two seconds per side is enough. It's important that the paper isn't too wet, as this will make rolling difficult.

2. Place the selected ingredients in the center
Before soaking the rice paper, remember to prepare the filling. Arrange the ingredients so that the fruit or vegetable strips are arranged in the same order. An attractive appearance can be achieved by arranging the ingredients appropriately. The rule is simple: whatever will be on top of the spring rolls goes in the center.

3. Fold the edges of the rice paper inwards
Do this to cover the filling. Be careful not to tear the wet paper when folding.

4. Roll up starting from the bottom
Grab the bottom edge of the paper and cover the filling with it. Continue rolling upwards.

5. Press with your fingers
When wrapping the filling, press it firmly with your fingers so that it is quite tight and does not unroll during eating or subsequent frying.

6. The rolled spring rolls are ready to eat
