Application coconut milk It's versatile. We recommend adding it to a variety of desserts, especially chia seed puddings. This dessert will delight everyone with its appearance! We achieved the pudding's unique color by adding Blue Majik spirulina.

Ingredients

  • 3,5 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • 200 ml coconut milk 5-7%
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • natural yogurt 180g
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon of blue spirulina “Blue Majik” or matcha tea
  • mint and berries for garnish

A method of preparing

  1. Pour the coconut milk, chia seeds, and honey into a saucepan. Mix everything together and refrigerate for a few hours.
  2. Pour the oatmeal and the prepared chia pudding into tall glasses. 
  3. Blend the remaining coconut milk with banana and add ½ teaspoon of spirulina to obtain the blue color.
  4. Pour the prepared smoothie into the pudding glasses, making sure that the layers do not merge.
  5. Add natural yogurt on top.
  6. It is worth putting the finished pudding in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Finally, add mint and blueberries to make your dessert look delicious!
