Chow mein noodles with chili and pork tenderloin
Chow mein noodles are one of the most important ingredients of Chinese cuisine, and combined with delicate and tender pork tenderloin and spicy Sambal Oelek sauce, they will satisfy the palates of even the most demanding connoisseurs of spicy dishes.
Ingredients
- 100 gr chow mein noodles
- 100 g thinly sliced pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1/2 (approx. 30 g) carrot, cut into sticks
- 1/2 (approx. 30 g) bell pepper cut into strips
- 1/2 red onion, sliced into strips
- roasted white sesame seeds
- chives cut into 1 cm pieces
- chili (optional)
A method of preparing
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions
on the packaging.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, then
marinated tenderloin in one tablespoon of oyster sauce. Fry for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the carrots, peppers, and onion. Simmer until the vegetables soften,
but they will remain crispy. Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce and a teaspoon of sambal.
4. Mix all ingredients together. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions.
