Fried tofu with mushroom sauce
Here's an inspiring and easy tofu recipe, not just for vegetarians. In Chinese cuisine, this ingredient is most often served with various sauces and vegetables. We paired it with an aromatic shiitake mushroom sauce. It's worth noting that tofu is valued primarily for its rich source of high-quality protein, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, and vitamins E and B.
Ingredients
• 300 g tofu, cut into 2 cm cubes
• 50 g shiitake mushrooms, soaked and cut into quarters

• 1 tablespoon of potato flour dissolved in 100 ml of water
• 100 ml of vegetable oil, for frying tofu

• a few sprigs of spring onion, cut into small pieces
A method of preparing

2. Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the garlic until golden, then add the peppers, mushrooms, sauces and sugar.
