Salmon burger with teriyaki sauce
A unique blend of Chinese and American cuisine, this salmon burger with teriyaki sauce is a healthier version of the well-known and beloved fast food staple. Salmon combined with the slightly sweet yet savory flavor of teriyaki sauce is a great substitute for beef.
Ingredients
- 4 burger buns
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 25 gr furikake – colored sesame
- 600 g moose fillet
- 30g sprouts (e.g. alfalfa)
- 1 daikon or bunch of radishes
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
A method of preparing
- Divide the salmon into 4 equal pieces and marinate in teriyaki sauce, leave in a cool place for 30 minutes.
- Cut the radish (or diaconate) into thin slices, lightly salt it and leave for 15 minutes.
- Bake the fish at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
- Spread mayonnaise on the cut roll, add the radish,
- Sprinkle the salmon with furikake and arrange the sprouts on top. Cover with the other half of the bun.
