Nasi Goreng with chicken and jasmine rice
Nasi Goreng is an Indonesian rice dish with meat, seafood, or tofu. The dish also includes vegetables, aromatic spices, and eggs. This recipe was prepared in collaboration with an influencer. Culinary Practice.
Ingredients
- 50 gr Nasi Goreng paste
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 100 gr jasmine rice
- 1 teaspoon sesame
- 300 g chicken fillet, cut into small cubes
- ½ head of broccoli, divided into florets
- 200 g sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions with chives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander

A method of preparing
- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package. For best results, prepare the rice the day before.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan and fry the meat for 4 minutes. Add the broccoli, mushrooms, half of the spring onions, and garlic. Fry for 4 minutes, then add the rice, soy sauce, and Nasi Goreng paste. Fry for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the eggs.
- Divide the dish onto plates. Top with one egg. Sprinkle with chives, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
- Serve with Sambal Oelek hot sauce or sriracha.
