Asian soup with pork and noodles Chow Mein

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons soy-mushroom sauce
- 100 g wheat-buckwheat Chow Mein noodles
- 300 g pork tenderloin
- 2 spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 cm of fresh ginger (we need to grate it or chop it finely)
- 1 large carrot
- 1 large parsley
- 60 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- sesame + chives for decoration
A method of preparing
- Cut the tenderloin into smaller pieces, add the soy-mushroom sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Fry in hot oil for a few minutes. Add minced garlic, grated fresh ginger, and chopped onion.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes and add the vegetables. Fry for another 2 minutes, then add the broth, season with soy and mushroom sauce, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook the wheat-buckwheat chow mein noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes, and after cooking, rinse with cold water.
- Place the cooked pasta into bowls, pour the soup over it and garnish with sesame seeds and chives.
