Ramen with Shiitake Mushrooms and Zucchini
Ramen soup is one of the most popular dishes in Japan. Everyone prepares it with their favorite ingredients. Our suggestion is a miso-based soup with shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, ham, egg, and baby spinach. A bowl of ramen soup is so filling that it can easily be served as a main course for dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 sachets Hosue of Asia Miso Paste
- 1 pack House of Asia Ramen Noodles
- 1 pack Shitake Mushroom House of Asia
- 1 zucchini, peeled with a vegetable peeler to create thin shavings
- 80 g of ham, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for frying
- 700 ml of water
- Baby spinach; for garnish
- Black sesame seeds; for garnish
A method of preparing
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Set aside to cool.
- Start cooking the eggs in cold water, when it starts to boil, remove them after 5 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat, fry the garlic until golden, and add the water.
- Add miso paste and mushrooms, mix well,
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until mushrooms are soft.
Place the pasta, spinach, zucchini, ham, and mushrooms in a bowl, pour in the miso broth, and garnish with half an egg and sesame seeds.
