Spring rolls with salmon and vermicelli
Juicy salmon, fresh vegetables, filling vermicelli pasta served in rice paper This is the perfect meal for a lunchbox. Pieces of spring rolls dipped in aromatic soy sauce and lime juice taste delicious. Spring rolls are a much lighter version of spring rolls, without the frying process, making them much lighter yet very filling.
Ingredients
- 1 pack rice paper
- 1 pack vermicelli pasta
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 mango, cut into thin strips
- 50g shredded red cabbage
- 1 butterhead lettuce
- 50 g of sprouts
SOS:
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoon coconut or brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon finely chopped chili
A method of preparing
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Place rice paper on a plate, moisten with water, arrange lettuce, some peppers, mango strips, cabbage, pasta, salmon and sprouts.
- Roll it up into a roll, sealing it tightly at the edges.
