Wasabi Eggs
This recipe is sure to impress your guests. Simply mix House of Asia Wasabi paste with mayonnaise, pour over boiled eggs, and you're done. This combination delivers a distinctive flavor and a beautiful appearance.
Ingredients
½ tube House of Asia Wasabi Paste and/ or S&B Wasabi Pastes
8 eggs
100 g mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
A method of preparing
1. Hard boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half.
2. Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi paste, place in a pastry bag and decorate the eggs, finally sprinkling with chives.
