Peking duck breast from the airfryer
Crispy skin, juicy meat, and a unique aroma of spices – this recipe combines traditional Asian flavors with a modern preparation method. Thanks to the airfryer, the duck breast comes out perfectly cooked, and it's quick and easy to prepare. The addition of vegetables to the wok and sesame seeds gives the dish a distinctive depth of flavor, and the whole thing is complemented by an intense Peking duck sauce. It's a perfect idea for an impressive dinner in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1,5 tablespoons House of Asia Peking Duck Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon House of Asia 5 Flavor Spices
- 1 jar House of Asia Wok Vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon White Sesame House of Asia
- Any salad mix
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt
A method of preparing
- Clean the duck breast and score the skin in a crisscross pattern. Sprinkle with spices, salt, and olive oil. Brush with half of the Peking Duck Sauce.
- Rinse the vegetables for the wok under cold water and squeeze well.
- Place the breasts in the airfryer, skin side up, and set the temperature to 180°C for 10 minutes. After this time, remove the duck, wait 4 minutes, and brush with Peking Duck Sauce again. Place the vegetables in the wok in the airfryer, then place the duck on top and roast for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the roasted breasts and let them rest for about 4-5 minutes. Serve the sliced breasts with the wok vegetables, sesame seeds, and salad.
