Laksa soup with chicken and straw mushrooms
Laksa soup is a cuisine originating from Malaysia, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian countries, such as Indonesia and Thailand. It's a spicy soup with many variations, but its most distinctive feature is its rich and intense aromatic flavors. Thanks to our sachet, you can now make it yourself at home in just 10 minutes. Prepare it with creamy KARA milk, turmeric rice noodles, and straw mushrooms.
Ingredients
100 gr House of Asia Laksa Pastes
1 pack House of Asia Turmeric Rice Noodles
6-8 House of Asia Straw Mushrooms
200 ml Coconut cream 24-26% Kara
150 g chicken drumstick meat, cut into strips
500 ml chicken broth
1 white onion, sliced
½ carrot cut into sticks
50 g Chinese cabbage, roughly diced
½ lime cut into pieces
A few sprigs of coriander

A method of preparing
1. Pour oil into a pot and sauté the onion, carrots, and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Then add the paste, pour in the broth, and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the chicken, bring to a boil, and cook until tender. Finally, add the coconut cream and chopped Chinese cabbage.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
3. Serve the hot soup with noodles, chopped cilantro and a wedge of lime.
