  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 50 g carrots
  • 3-4 radishes
  • 1/2 chili pepper
  • 100 g cucumber

A method of preparing

  1. Measure the brine ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Cut the washed and cleaned vegetables into smaller pieces, place them in a jar, and pour the hot brine over them. Close the jar and set aside to cool. Once cold, refrigerate overnight.
