Quick Pho Soup

We've got a simple recipe for you that doesn't require complicated ingredients or long cooking times. This quick version of pho is perfect for chilly evenings or when you're craving something special and time isn't on your side. Just a few ingredients, a dash of aromatic pho paste, and voila—the soup is ready to serve!
Ingredients
- 1 sachet House of Asia Pho Soup Pastes
- 1/2 package House of Asia rice noodles (choice of 5, 7 or 10 mm)
- 1-2 teaspoons House of Asia Chili Pastes 1 chopped, seedless chili pepper
- 0,5 l beef (or vegetable) broth
- 100 g thinly sliced beef tenderloin or tofu
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
A method of preparing
- In a pot, bring the broth to a boil, then add the pho paste. Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Place the pasta, chili paste, chopped raw sirloin, and chives in a bowl. Pour boiling broth over everything and sprinkle with cilantro.
TIP: To prepare a vegetarian version, use tofu fried in olive oil instead of meat..
