Ingredients
- 3 tsp House of Asia Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp House of Asia Rice Vinegar
- 3 tsp House of Asia Mirin Sauce or water with sugar in a 1:1 ratio
- Package House Of Asia Rice Paper
- Mayonnaise + Sriracha sauce House of Asia in proportions of 3:1 or 2:1
- 300 g minced pork or chicken
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of grated onion
- chive
- salt and pepper
- frying oil
A method of preparing
- In a bowl, mix the sauce by adding ginger, onion, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Mirin or sugar water.
- Mix mayonnaise with Sriracha sauce.
- Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil into a pan and add the meat. Break it up with a potato masher. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sauce, stir, and sauté for a moment.
- In another pan, heat about 1 cm of oil and fry the rice paper strips for a few seconds. Set aside on a wire rack or paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Slice the chives lengthwise into the thinnest possible strips, then place them in ice water – this will give them a beautiful fine-dining-style shape.
- Place paper boats on a plate, top with the meat, then the sauce. Top with chives and optional chili flakes.
