Gyoza dumplings with meat and plum sauce
Gyoza dumplings are a Japanese dish. They are a type of dumpling typically made of thin dough with a filling, usually meat, vegetables, or a mixture of both. Traditionally, they are steamed or fried, and sometimes braised. Our chef prepared them steamed with a delicious filling. The dish is complemented by plum sauce. Ros Thai Thai, which will give depth of flavor.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon House of Asia Garlic Pastes or 2-3 cloves finely chopped
1 teaspoon House of Asia Ginger Pastes or 2 teaspoons of grated fresh root
1-2 tablespoons House of Asia Soy Sauce
100 ml Ros Thai Plum Sauce
400 g ground turkey meat
1 package of Gyoza dough
1 onion, diced
1 bunch of chives, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
A method of preparing
1. Place the meat in a bowl and mix with the onion, chives, garlic paste, ginger paste, then season with soy sauce and set aside in the fridge for 15 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a glass, then put the filling on each piece and seal it.
3. Steam the dumplings for 10 minutes.
4. Pour the plum sauce into bowls and serve with the prepared dumplings, sprinkled with coriander leaves.
TIP: If you like a bit of spice, add a teaspoon of House of Asia Chili Paste to the meat.
