Spring rolls with pork and Mun mushrooms
Dreaming of Asian flavors but thinking they're complicated to prepare? Nothing could be further from the truth! These crispy spring rolls are perfect proof that exceptional dishes can be simple and quick to make. Just a few ingredients, like rice paper, mun mushrooms, vermicelli noodles, and fresh vegetables with a touch of Chinese spices, create a true culinary masterpiece.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Rice paper for spring rolls and spring rolls House of Asia
- 100 g Gluten-free House of Asia fresh rice vermicelli pasta
- ½ cup House of Asia Sliced Mun Mushrooms soaked for 15 minutes in hot water
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Chinese Cuisine Spices
- 1 egg
- ½ cup Chinese cabbage, chopped into thin strips
- ½ cup carrots, chopped into thin strips
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 chili pepper, finely chopped
- 200 g minced pork
- A handful of chopped spring onions
- Frying oil
A method of preparing
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions. Drain, pat dry, cut into smaller pieces, and place in a bowl.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic, chili, and pork, then add the carrots, spring onions, mushrooms, and finally the cabbage. Season with Chinese spice mix and soy sauce, transfer to the bowl with the noodles, and mix well.
- Moisten rice paper sheets with water. Then add 2 tablespoons of the filling and roll them up like a croquette. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
