Quick oven-baked spring rolls with pork
Make it quick and delicious! Oven-baked spring rolls with pork are the perfect snack – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Ready in 20 minutes, with minimal spiciness but maximum flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 pack Rice paper for spring rolls and spring rolls House of Asia
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Oyster Sauce
- 100 gr Gluten-free green pea pasta House of Asia
- 20 g soaked House of Asia Sliced Mun Mushrooms
- 2 tsp House of Asia Chinese Cuisine Spices
- 1 spoon House of Asia Garlic, Ginger and Chili Pastes
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 200 g minced pork
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cucumber cut into strips
- 1/2 carrot cut into sticks
- 50 g spring onions
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Frying oil
A method of preparing
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package, rinse with cold water.
- Fry the meat in a pan.
- Place the noodles, meat, mun mushrooms, egg yolk, and vegetables in a large bowl. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and chili paste, and Chinese spice mix. Mix thoroughly.
- Dip a sheet of paper in water for 2 seconds. Place a spoonful of filling in the center and fold the edges over to form an envelope. Prepare the remaining spring rolls in the same way.
- Bake the spring rolls in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 15 minutes.
TIP: Serve the spring rolls with Ros Thai Thai sauce for spring rolls and spring rolls.
