Chinese-style pork noodles

Ingredients
1 package of House of Asia Wheat and Buckwheat Chow Mein Noodles
1 sachet House of Asia Cantonese Stir-fry
50 gr House of Asia Mung Bean Sprouts
3 tsp House of Asia Garlic Pastes or 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
100 g pork tenderloin cut into strips
1 carrot cut into strips
1 onion, cut into slices
50 g Chinese cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 bunch of green spring onions, cut into 3 cm strips
3 tablespoons of oil
A method of preparing
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Place the tenderloin in a bowl, add a tablespoon of oil and 1/2 of the Cantonese paste and mix thoroughly.
3. Heat a wok, sauté garlic paste, onion, and carrot in oil, then add the meat and finally the sprouts. Fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, add the cooked noodles and the remaining Cantonese paste, and mix thoroughly. Serve with fresh spring onions.
