Airfryer Sweet Potato Fries
Craving something delicious without the guilt? These crispy airfryer sweet potato fries are not only healthy but also totally addictive! Just 5 minutes of prep and 20 minutes of baking—the machine does the rest. Plus, they're topped with a simple sriracha-based sauce or crispy garlic mayonnaise!
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of your favorite Mexican spice, e.g. Casa del Sur Fajita Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- Salt to taste
SOS:
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Sriracha Sauce or 1 teaspoon Yipin Agro Crunchy Garlic in Oil
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (vegetarian mayonnaise is fine)
A method of preparing
- Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them lengthwise into slices, and then into thin fries. Place them in a bowl and cover with cold water – refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- After this time, remove the sweet potatoes from the refrigerator and pat them dry on a paper towel. Drizzle with oil, season with salt, and cornstarch. Place in the airfryer at 180°C for 20 minutes.
