Asian Lumberjack Burger
Experience the classic burger in a completely new way – with crispy camembert in panko and a spicy kimchi twist. This is a quick, oriental twist on the iconic Drwal sandwich.
Ingredients
- 100 gr House of Asia Panko Breadings
- 2 tablespoons of squeezed cabbage Kimchi House of Asia
- 1 spoon House of Asia Kimchi Sauce
- 2 beef burgers
- 1 camembert cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 slices of processed cheese
- 2 tomatoes cut into slices
- 100 g iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
- ½ red onion, sliced
- a piece of cucumber cut into slices
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 hamburger buns
- Frying oil
A method of preparing
- Cut the Camembert cheese crosswise into two slices. Coat each slice twice.
in beaten egg and panko breadcrumbs, then fry until golden brown. - Fry the meat in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Finally, top it with slices of grated cheese and wait for it to melt. Slice the buns and grill the inside until lightly browned.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and kimchi sauce. Squeeze out any excess liquid from the kimchi and place it in a separate bowl.
- Spread the rolls with mayonnaise-kimchi sauce, layer the lettuce, drained kimchi, onion, tomato slices, fried cheese, meat, and cucumber, and top with the other half of the roll. Secure with a toothpick and serve.
