- 2 tsp House of Asia Garlic Pastes
- 250 g cooked jasmine rice (preferably from the previous day)
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 10 g finely chopped ginger
- 50 g carrots, finely diced
- 100 g green asparagus cut into smaller pieces
- 50 g finely chopped green onions
- 100 g natural tofu, diced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped coriander
- Frying oil
- Black pepper to taste
A method of preparing
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and ginger. Then add the vegetables and garlic paste. Cook for about 5 minutes. Finally, add the rice, mango, and nasi goreng paste. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Fry the fried eggs so that the yolk is runny.
- Serve the cooked rice with a fried egg and sprinkle with coriander.
TIP: Instead of tofu, you can use chicken breast to prepare the dish, just cut it into cubes and follow the instructions in the recipe.
