Mie noodles with pork
Springy Mie noodles, juicy pork, and crispy vegetables combine in a quick stir-fry with intense soy sauce and spicy Sambal Oelek. This Asian classic comes home-cooked in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 200 gr Mie noodles
- 200 g pork tenderloin, cut into 1,5 cm strips
- 80 ml dark soy sauce
- 100 ml of water
- 60 g green peas, frozen
- 1 carrot, cut into thin matchsticks
- ½ white part of a leek, cut into thin matchsticks
- 3 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- ½ package Mun mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 60 ml oil; for frying
- 1 tablespoon of potato flour
- 1 bunch of spring onions, chopped
A method of preparing
1. Prepare the pasta and mushrooms according to the instructions on the package.
2. Place the meat, garlic, and Sambal Oelek sauce in a bowl, mix, and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Add the flour, a tablespoon of water, and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour oil into a very hot pan and fry the meat for 2 minutes. Add the vegetables and fry briefly. Add the soy sauce, water, and sugar. Mix everything together and cook for 1 minute. Add the noodles, stir, and fry for 1 minute.
4. Serve the dish sprinkled with spring onions.
