Ingredients

Sauce for buns:

Salad:

  • 1/2 head of white cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated coarsely

Salad sauce:

A method of preparing

  1. Spread 1 bulgogi paste over the meat. Place the onion, garlic, and orange juice in a baking dish. Add the meat and seal the dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 130°C (top and bottom heat) for approximately 6 hours.
  2. Combine the salad dressing in a pot and heat until the sugar and salt dissolve, stirring constantly. Pour over the vegetables and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
  3. Cut the yeast buns into pieces and bake them in an Airfrayer or oven for about 4 minutes at 190℃.
  4. Mix together the bun sauce ingredients.
  5. Once the meat is cooked and warm, break it up with a fork. If there's a lot of liquid left, you can drain some. Reserve some to keep the meat juicy. Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and the second package of bulgogi paste. Mix everything together.
  6. Spread the yogurt sauce on the buns, top with arugula, a generous amount of meat, and the salad, and cover with the other side of the bun. Secure with a burger toothpick, and you're done.
