A method of preparing
- Marinate the chicken in the duck sauce while preparing the remaining ingredients.
- Crack the eggs into a separate bowl and mix.
- In a separate bowl of hot water, soak the vermicelli noodles. Immediately cut the soft noodles into smaller pieces and drain.
- Pour oil into a frying pan (preferably a wok). Then add the bell pepper, onion, and carrot. When the vegetables are soft, transfer them to a bowl. Add a little more oil to the wok and add the chicken, garlic, and ginger.
- Fry the meat. Move the contents of the pan to one side and pour the beaten eggs into one side. Mix thoroughly. Once the eggs are set, add the previously sautéed vegetables, noodles, cabbage, drained bean sprouts, two tablespoons of soy sauce, and chopped chives, and mix well.
- Sprinkle the cooked noodles with sesame seeds. Add the cabbage, drained bean sprouts, two tablespoons of soy sauce, and chopped chives. Mix well. Sprinkle the cooked noodles with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
