Cantonese noodles with mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1/2 package Chow Mein Noodles House of Asia
- 1 pack House of Asia Cantonese Paste
- 30 gr Mushroom Mun House of Asia
- 30 gr House of Asia Bamboo Shoots
- 1 spoon House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Chinese Cuisine Spices
- 200 g pork tenderloin
- 2 eggs
- 50 g bell peppers cut into strips
- 1 onion, diced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, cut into strips
- Frying oil
A method of preparing
- Slice the meat into thin strips and sprinkle with Chinese seasoning. Soak the mun mushrooms in hot water for about 10 minutes, then drain. Rinse the bamboo shoots thoroughly in cold water and pat dry.
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Beat the eggs with half the soy sauce and fry the omelette, then cut it into thin strips.
- In a heated pan, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the bell pepper and meat, and cook for a few minutes. Pour in the remaining soy sauce, stir, then add the soaked mun mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Cook for 1 minute, then add the sliced omelet.
- Mix everything with the Cantonese paste and cooked chow mein noodles. Transfer the finished dish to a plate and sprinkle with chives.
