Cantonese Pork

Ingredients
- 1 pack House of Asia Cantonese Paste
- 100g House of Asia Straw Mushrooms, drained and halved
- 1 spoon House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp House of Asia Mirin Sauce
- 100 gr House of Asia Bamboo Shoots
- 300 g of finely chopped pork
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 100 g sugar snap peas, trimmed of the tough ends
- 50 g peppers cut into strips
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- Frying oil
- A handful of chopped spring onions
A method of preparing
- Marinate the meat in half of the Cantonese paste and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork in batches until golden brown. Then place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
- In the same pan, sauté the vegetables until golden brown, then add the fried meat. Finish the dish with Cantonese paste and chopped green onions.
Tip: You can use oyster sauce instead of Cantonese paste
