Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek House of Asia chili sauce
- 100 gr House of Asia Bamboo Shoots
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia white sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 120 g chicken drumsticks, roughly diced
- 100 g canned pineapple, diced, plus juice
- 1 carrot cut into strips
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of potato starch
- 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
- 150 g cooked jasmine rice
A method of preparing
- Heat a wok or frying pan and add oil. Fry the chicken for 2–3 minutes and then transfer to the pot. Then, stir-fry the pineapple, sprouts, carrots, and onion. Season with soy sauce to taste and transfer to the pot.
- Mix the pineapple juice with the sambal and cornstarch, then pour into the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the finished dish with rice, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and chopped chives.
