Chinese soup
Quick, easy, and Asian-inspired! House of Asia's instant noodle soup is a quick dish packed with flavor. Fresh ingredients, aromatic broth, and instant noodles – a recipe for success!
Ingredients
- 6 - 7 Shiitake mushrooms, dried or in brine, House of Asia
- 1/2 teaspoon House of Asia Chinese Cuisine Spices
- ½ package House of Asia instant noodles
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 2-3 tablespoons of fresh coriander
- 1l of delicate chicken broth
- Black pepper to taste
- Frying oil
A method of preparing
- Cover the dried mushrooms with water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes. Once softened, slice them into strips. Simply slice the mushrooms in brine—they don't require cooking.
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Sauté shallots and garlic in oil, add tomatoes and mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes. Season with Chinese spices, add chicken stock, and bring to a boil, seasoning with soy sauce.
- Before serving, add beaten eggs to the soup and bring to a boil.
- Serve the soup in bowls with noodles, sprinkle with spring onions and coriander.
TIP: You can use any House of Asia brand pasta
