Chow Mein Noodles with Cantonese Paste

Ingredients
250 gr Chow Mein Noodles House of Asia
1 spoon House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons of oil
200 g chicken fillet
200 g shrimp
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 small carrot
50 g Savoy or Chinese cabbage
1 red onion
100 g of pepper
50 g zucchini
A bunch of chives
1 egg
SOS:
50 gr House of Asia Cantonese Stir-fry Pasta
100 ml of water
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
Salt and pepper

A method of preparing
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
2. In a bowl, combine Cantonese paste, water, and peanut butter.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken with shrimp.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir. Remove from the pan.
5. In the same pan, sauté the ginger and garlic, then add the chopped vegetables: carrots, onion, cabbage, bell pepper, zucchini, and chives. Cook for about 8 minutes.
6. Slide the vegetables into the middle of the pan, crack the egg into the pan, and then, stirring vigorously, combine with the vegetables. Add the sautéed shrimp and chicken. Add the pasta and pour the sauce over everything. Mix thoroughly.
7. Serve with sesame seeds and chives.
