Chicken stir-fry with Mun sprouts

Ingredients
- 100 gr Mun House of Asia Bean Sprouts
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 300 g chicken fillet cut into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1/2 red pepper cut into thin strips
- 1/2 yellow pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 small carrot, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic pressed through a press
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 150 g broccoli, divided into small florets
- 1 pak choi cabbage, finely chopped
- 60 g cashew nuts
SOS:
- 50 ml House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 150g chicken stock
- 50 ml of water
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of potato flour
- Juice from 1/2 lime
Additionally:
- House of Asia white sesame
- Chopped chives
A method of preparing
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the chicken and fry over high heat until it begins to brown.
- Remove the meat from the pan, then add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of butter. Add the chopped vegetables, except the cabbage, and cook, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken, chopped pak choi, mung bean sprouts, and cashews to the pan again. Cook for another 1 minute.
- Pour the sauce over everything and simmer until thickened.
- Sprinkle the chicken stir-fry with sesame seeds and chopped chives.
