Ramen for beginners
Discover Monika's way Delicious or delicious for a quick, yet equally aromatic and delicious Japanese ramen. With House of Asia products and Monika, you can make it in just 35 minutes. Adding fresh ramen noodles makes it easier, and shiitake mushrooms add the right flavor.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon House of Asia Miso Pastes
20 gr Shiitake Mushrooms House of Asia
2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
2 cm piece of ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 garlic cloves
1/2 chili pepper, sliced
800 ml beef broth
Additionally:
1 pack Fresh Ramen House of Asia noodles
2 tablespoons House of Asia Mung Bean Sprouts
200 g beef steak
2 eggs
50 g Chinese cabbage cut into thin strips
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
a handful of chopped chives
A method of preparing
1. Put garlic, ginger, anise, cinnamon, and chili in a pot.
2. Rinse the shiitake mushrooms in a strainer and add them to the pot. Pour in the broth, add the miso paste and soy sauce. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
3. Strain the broth through a strainer. Slice the shiitake mushrooms into thin strips.
4. Place the Ramen noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes.
5. Fry the steak in a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side, leave it on the board for a while, and then cut it into very thin slices.
6. Place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 6 minutes, peel and cut in half.
7. Place the ramen noodles, some carrots, sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, and Chinese cabbage in a bowl. Then add an egg, slices of beef steak, and pour the very hot broth over everything. Sprinkle the finished ramen with chives.
