Ramen with pork and shiitake mushrooms
Ramen, alongside sushi, is one of the most popular dishes in Japanese cuisine. This soup consists of broth, ramen noodles, pork, aromatic shiitake mushrooms, and vegetables. It takes just 30 minutes to prepare. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 sachet House of Asia Miso Pastes
- ½ package House of Asia Ramen Noodles cooked according to the recipe
- 1 pack Shiitake Mushrooms House of Asia
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia White Sesame
- 700 ml of vegetable or meat broth
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 cm of ginger
- 2 lemongrass
- 150 g of pork
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- a handful of chopped spring onions
A method of preparing
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Pour in the broth, add the lemongrass, and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cover the mushrooms with hot water and soak for 5 minutes. When they are soft, drain and cut them into thin slices, and set aside.
- Boil the eggs – 5 minutes after the water boils.
- Cut the meat into slices and sear each slice briefly. Remove from the pan.
- Fry the mushrooms in the same pan.
- When the broth is ready, strain it through a sieve.
- Place the pasta, mushrooms, meat, egg in a bowl and pour in the broth.
Add spring onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
