Express chicken in sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients
- 1 House of Asia Honey Garlic Paste
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Rice Vinegar
- 6 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of potato flour
- 1 red pepper, roughly diced
- 1 green pepper, roughly diced
- 1 onion (white or red), coarsely diced
- 150 g pineapple (fresh or canned), roughly diced
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- 50 ml of water
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- Sesame
- 2-3 tablespoons of chives
- Salt, pepper
- Oil
A method of preparing
- Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey marinade, salt, pepper, egg to the chicken, mix and set aside for several minutes.
- After this time, add the potato flour and deep-fry the meat. When crispy, place on a paper towel.
- Pour oil into a wok or frying pan and add the vegetables and pineapple.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sauce ingredients: the remaining honey marinade, rice vinegar, soy sauce (4 tablespoons), ketchup, and water.
- Add the previously prepared chicken to the sautéed vegetables and pour in the sauce. Stir until thickened.
- Serve the sauce with rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives.
