- 3-4 tablespoons House of Asia Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 avocado, coarsely diced
- 1 small greenhouse cucumber, coarsely diced
- 1/3 handle
- 250g raw salmon, cut into large cubes
- chopped chives
A method of preparing
- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Mix the salmon with the teriyaki sauce and bake on a baking tray lined with parchment paper at 210'C for about 15 minutes (monitor the degree of baking and extend the baking time by a few minutes if necessary).
- Place rice, salmon, mango, cucumber, and avocado in a bowl. Pour teriyaki sauce over everything, sprinkle with sesame seeds, chives, and a nori chip.
TIP: Make your own nori chips: Moisten nori leaves with water, fold them together, and cut them into larger pieces. Lightly brush each piece with olive oil, place on a separate baking sheet, and bake with the moose.
