Japanese pork sukiyaki

Ingredients
1 pack Gluten-free green pea pasta House of Asia
400 g minced pork
500 ml of oil for frying
Marinade:
3 tablespoons House of Asia Garlic Pastes or 5-6 finely chopped garlic cloves
2 tablespoons House of Asia Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons chopped lemongrass
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 egg
3 tablespoons of corn flour
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
To serve:
60 gr House of Asia sweet soy sauce
60 gr Thai Heritage Sweet Chili Sauce and/ or House of Asia Red Chili Sriracha Sauce
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
A method of preparing
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then rinse with cold water and cut into smaller pieces with scissors.
2. Transfer the meat to a large bowl, add the marinade ingredients, and mix everything with the pasta. Form the mixture into 3 cm diameter balls.
3. Heat oil in a pot or pan and fry the balls until golden brown, then thread three of them onto a skewer. Divide the sauces into bowls and sprinkle with cilantro.
