Wontons with vegetables and meat in a crispy garlic and chili sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Rice Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Soy Sauce
- 1 package of wonton or homemade pastry sheets (400-500 g ready-made pastry)
- 400 g minced pork or pork and beef
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 leek
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1 large bunch of chives
- 1 small piece of ginger (grated)
- 3 cloves of garlic (pressed)
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper or chili
SOS:
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Soy Sauce
- 1 spoon House of Asia Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Yipin Agro Crunchy Garlic and Chili in Oil
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Sesame seeds and spring onions to serve
A method of preparing
- Thaw the wonton dough.
- Grate the carrots, leek, and cabbage finely or chop them finely. Cover with boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
- Combine the vegetables with the meat, chopped chives, garlic, ginger, flour, vinegar, soy sauce, and spices. Mix everything together by hand.
- Place a teaspoon of filling on each piece of dough and form "ears" or small "pouches." Cook them in batches for about 5 minutes in salted water. You can also fry them.
- Serve the wontons with a sauce made with Yipin Agro crispy chili garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sweet chili sauce. Finish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and chives.
