Bulgogi with spinach
Bulgogi is a traditional dish of thinly sliced meat in a flavorful marinade, a classic of Korean cuisine. The addition of vegetables and whole-grain rice makes it a great dish for those watching their weight. Make more and share with your family.
Ingredients
- 1/2 sachet House of Asia Medium-Spicy Bulgogi Paste
- 80 gr Kimchi House of Asia
- 1 spoon House of Asia White Sesame
- 150 g of meat (beef, pork, poultry) cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, cut into slices
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 50 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- 50g red rice cooked the day before
A method of preparing
- In a bowl, combine half the bulgogi paste with the water, then add the meat. Mix well.
- Add oil to a heated pan and fry the meat for 3-4 minutes. Add the onion and carrots, and fry for another 2 minutes. Finally, add the remaining bulgogi paste and spinach. Fry for about 1 more minute.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with chives and sesame seeds. Serve with cooked rice and kimchi.
