Ingredients
- 2 sachets House of Asia Bulgogi Pastes
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Garlic Pastes
- 8 - 10 Casa de Mexico Red Jalapeno Peppers, Sliced
- 600 g beef entrecote
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 red pepper
- 50 g carrots
- 3 radishes
- 50 g finely chopped spring onions
- 50 g chopped coriander
- Frying oil
To serve:
- A few drops Casa de Mexico Green Jalapeno Hot Sauce
- House of Asia White Sesame for sprinkling
A method of preparing
- Wrap the beef tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for about an hour. Remove and slice it thinly across the grain. Then marinate the beef in the bulgogi paste and garlic paste and refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
- Cut the cucumber, onion, carrot, pepper, radish and jalapeno into thick strips so that they are easy to grab.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until brown.
- Place the cooked meat on a bed of lettuce with your favorite vegetables, sprinkle with sesame seeds, cilantro, and scallions. Drizzle with green jalapeño sauce.
TIP: Other types of meat, such as pork and poultry, also work well in this recipe.
