Chicken in Hoisin Sauce with Mung Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 jar mung bean sprouts
- 4 tablespoons white sesame
- 1 jar pickled ginger
- dark soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 can QF mango pulp
- 500 gr jasmine rice
- 4-5 pieces of chicken thighs
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage
- 4 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
- 1 spring onion
- fresh chili as desired
- 1 tablespoon potato starch/rice flour
Meat marinade:
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
- spoon chili paste
- 2 cm of fresh ginger
A method of preparing
1. Marinate the chicken in the marinade. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, bean sprouts, 1/2 jar of ginger, and stir-fry in a wok over high heat. When the meat is cooked, thicken the sauce with cornstarch, add spring onion, and chili.
2. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
3. Chop the cabbage, season with salt, and knead with your hands until it releases some juice. Add the mango pulp, season with salt, and add the chili, spring onion, and sesame seeds.
4. Place the rice on a platter, add the meat in sauce on top, and serve with a salad.
