Grab the recipe for incredibly crispy and tender chicken. The crispiness is, of course, thanks to the Panko breading. You'll find that the perfect dipping sauce for your wings is a sweet and spicy mango chutney or a rich sweet soy sauce.

Ingredients

100 g Mango chutney House of Asia sweet and spicy sauce

2 tablespoons Oyster sauce House of Asia

2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce

1 spoon Sweet soy sauce House of Asia

100 gr Panko breadcrumbs House of Asia

12 chicken wings

1 egg

1 tablespoon chopped green onions

1 liter of frying oil

A method of preparing

1.       Cut the wings into three pieces, cut off the flight feathers and set them aside (you can use them to prepare the broth), and in the remaining two pieces, pull the meat down with a knife so that a ball is formed at the bottom of the bone, and the whole thing resembles a bell.

2.       Marinate the prepared chicken in light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

3.       Then, coat the meat in beaten egg and panko breadcrumbs, and shape the meat into a ball. Deep-fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Place the finished "bells" on a paper towel and drain off any excess oil.

4.       Sprinkle the finished dish with spring onions and serve with mango chutney and sweet soy sauce.
