Marinated pork tenderloin with broccoli
Marinated pork tenderloin in an aromatic marinade of vermouth, soy sauce, and sesame oil, served with crispy broccoli and a vibrant hoisin sauce with chili and ginger. Quick to prepare, full of flavor, and perfect for a light, healthy lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 cm piece of ginger, the size of your thumb, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, green part cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1/2 head of broccoli, divided into florets
- 200 g pork tenderloin, trimmed of fibers and cut into the thinnest possible slices
- 2 tablespoons of oil for frying
Meat marinade:
- 1 spoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vermouth (optional)
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of potato flour
Break
- 1 teaspoon black rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon plum sauce
- 1 spoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 spoon chili sauce with ginger
A method of preparing
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the broccoli, and cook for 2 minutes. Then drain and immediately rinse with cold water until completely cold. Set aside.
2. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the meat. Mix thoroughly.
3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
4. Heat the oil over high heat. Add the ginger and spring onion and fry for 1 minute.
5. Add the tenderloin with the marinade and stir. Add the broccoli, pour in the sauce, and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve in a bowl sprinkled with spring onions
