Spring rolls with meat and vegetables from the airfryer
Craving a taste of Asian street food without leaving home? These spring rolls with meat and vegetables can be made in an airfryer in 25 minutes!
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, seasoned with House of Asia's signature sauces – they taste like they're from the best restaurant in Hanoi. Try them once, and they'll be your go-to for a quick dinner or party snack!
Ingredients
- 1 jar House of Asia Wok Vegetables
- 2 tsp House of Asia Chinese Cuisine Spices
- 1 pack House of Asia colored rice paper
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 250 g minced meat
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
A method of preparing
- Fry the meat, onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Rinse the vegetables for the wok under cold water, drain, and chop. Add them to the meat and add the remaining ingredients. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Dip a sheet of parchment paper in water for a few seconds. Place the filling in the center and roll it up like a croquette. Place in the airfryer and bake for about 8 minutes at 180°C.
