Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 small a can of bamboo shoots
- 1 small can of green jackfruit
- 1 onion, cut into feathers
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 4 slices of ginger
- 1 bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 small zucchini, cut into strips
- 1 pak choy cabbage, cut into pieces
- 1 small chili pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small lime
- Fresh chopped coriander
A method of preparing
- Heat a wok, add olive oil, and prepare the dish in a few quick movements. Start by adding the onion, garlic, and ginger—fry for a few seconds, then add the jackfruit and vegetables. Fry for 2 minutes, until the vegetables are translucent.
- Add teriyaki sauce and bamboo shoots.
- Towards the end of cooking, add the pak choy. Season to taste.
- Serve the vegetables with fresh cilantro and a wedge of lime.
