330 ml of soy drink

1 tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoons of corn or potato starch

10 g (2 teaspoons) gelatin or agar agar

Pinch of salt

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Sweet soy caramel:

4 tsp House of Asia Premium Sushi Soy Sauce

1 spoon Sesame House of Asia

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon of potato starch

1 tablespoon of water

A method of preparing

1. Heat the soy drink, coconut milk, maple syrup, and salt in a saucepan.

2. In a small bowl, combine the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of the liquid from the saucepan. Pour the mixture into the saucepan and heat until the gelatin is dissolved but not boiling. Add the vanilla and stir.

4. Place the caramel ingredients in a saucepan and mix well. Heat for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.

5. Remove the puddings from the molds onto plates and drizzle with the sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
