Airfryer chicken cutlets
Quick, crispy, and… no frying required! These airfryer chicken patties are a healthy version of homemade fast food. Both adults and kids will love them! Plus, they're topped with a simple sriracha and mayonnaise sauce – a perfect pairing!
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast meat cut into smaller pieces
- 100 gr House of Asia Panko Breadings
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Garlic Pastes
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Japanese Cuisine Spices
- 1/2 red onion, cut in half
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of potato starch
SOS:
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Sriracha Sauce or 1 teaspoon Yipin Agro Crunchy Garlic in Oil
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
A method of preparing
- Place the meat in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients (without the panko) and blend thoroughly. Combine the sauce ingredients.
- Form small patties and coat in panko breadcrumbs. Transfer to the airfryer drawer and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Serve with sauce.
TIP: A perfect complement to the dish will be fries made from sweet potatoes or any colorful vegetables.
