Keto chopped cutlets with vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 spoon House of Asia Garlic, Ginger and Chili Pastes
- 50 ml Coconut cream 23-26% UHT 200 ml Kara
- 2 tsp House of Asia Japanese Cuisine Spices
- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 50 g red pepper
- 100 g zucchini
- 60 g green asparagus
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
To serve:
- 100 g salad mix
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 180 g blanched asparagus (about 6 pieces)
SOS:
- 1 spoon House of Asia Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of stevia
A method of preparing
- Clean and finely chop the chicken breast. Transfer to a bowl. Add the eggs and coconut cream. Season with soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger, chili powder, and Japanese spice mix. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes and add to the meat, mix.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown. Then transfer to a paper towel.
- Serve the finished cutlets with a mix of your favorite vegetables and sauce.
