· 3 tablespoons House of Asia Mirin Sauce
· 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
· 2 teaspoons of chili oil
The other ingredients:
· 4 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
· 200 ml Coconut milk 23 – 26% Kara
· 1 pack House of Asia Ramen Noodles
· 1 spoon House of Asia Black Sesame
· 2 liters of chicken broth
· 300 g minced pork
· 50 g finely chopped ginger
· 15 g finely chopped garlic
· 2 tablespoons of rice wine
· 2 tablespoons of chili oil
· 1 pak choi cabbage, cut into 4 pieces
· 20 g canned corn
· 2 semi-hard-boiled eggs
· 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
· 4 tablespoons of rapeseed oil for frying
A method of preparing
1. In a bowl, mix all the tare sauce ingredients.
2. Pour oil into a heated pan, add the ground meat, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Then, when the meat is lightly browned, add the rice wine, garlic, and ginger. Cook until golden brown. Finally, add the chili oil, stir, and cook until all the liquid has evaporated. Transfer to a bowl.
3. Return half of the browned meat to the pot and heat through. Add the grated cheese and mix thoroughly. Then, stirring constantly, slowly add the coconut milk. Bring to a boil, add the broth, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with light soy sauce.
4. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Place the pak choi in boiling, salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Place the cooked noodles in bowls, add the pak choi, halved egg, corn, spring onion, and sesame seeds. Pour the boiling soup over everything. Top with the fried meat and drizzle with chili oil.
