Ingredients

  • 4 fillets of gilthead seabream
  • Lime or lemon cut into pieces

Marinade:

  • 2 teaspoons of yuzu paste
  • 3 teaspoons of oil
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt

To serve sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 seedless chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped

A method of preparing

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and mix thoroughly. Wash the sea bream fillets and pat them dry. Using a brush, spread the marinade over the fillets and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Make sure the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan thoroughly, then place the fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 2 minutes on each side. Grilling time depends on the size of the fillets.
  4. Serve immediately from the grill with the previously prepared sauce and a wedge of lemon.
